What if my pet has an urgent problem?

    • First, check the online appointment scheduler to see when the next regular appointment is available. You can keep checking back on the scheduler to see whether an appointment that was previously booked has now become available (i.e., someone cancelled their appointment).
    • PippinDoc daytime Urgent Care Appointments: we have a few appointment times every week that cannot be booked online and we do not fill them until the day beforehand. Email us at info@pippindoc.com to request one of these appointments, or you can try leaving a message early in the morning on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday at (971) 376-1061, and we may call you back if the appointment for that day is still available. For basic questions and usual appointment requests, please refrain from calling because we do not employ a receptionist and our attention is focused on on clients and patients who are in the clinic.
